Kelly McKenna is Managing Director of the Graduate School of Education's Initiative on Learning Differences and the Future of Special Education, co-led by faculty directors Elizabeth Kozleski and Ira Lit. Prior to this role, Kelly worked in various roles at J.P. Morgan, including in Technology Banking as well as Asset Management, and was a founding team member and Chief Operating Officer at ArtLifting, a venture-funded enterprise empowering artists living with homelessness and/or disabilities. Kelly earned a BA in History from Stanford and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Outside of work, Kelly serves on the Best Buddies Young Professionals Board, the Palo Alto Medical Foundation Community Council Board, and Castilleja School's Alumnae Executive Committee.
