BioWe are living in a different era. In the last 15 years, we've seen a significant shift in the landscape of education, technology, and community engagement. We need to adapt by being curios, constantly learn and advocating for customers.
An avid supporter of building and iterating great products with mental models including "Working Backward from Customer", "Leadership Principles", "Pizza Teams", "MVP/MLP", "PRFAQs". I help my teams stay nimble, empower high-velocity, high-quality decisions, raising the bar of crisp doc. that keep leaders close to customer.
I like to go in layers of depth for any particular topic, make my team’s job easier, solve customer problems and have an entrepreneurial spirit. The opportunity to manage products that scale across the millions of people and businesses I serve is truly a humbling and career-defining challenge.
Well-driven mechanism to effectively prioritize tasks with strong technical, operational and analytical skill is vital. I interacted with all levels of authority including Director and VPs. This helped me to be hands on, fail sometimes - learn from struggles and finally facilitate the successful completion of objectives to bring "Organizational Excellence" to the teams involved.
I am an engineer at heart and a strong operator at soul. Green-energy enthusiast, I have also launched corporate-level "Sustainability" initiatives on scale.
