Jeongwoong Yoon (Yoon)
Ph.D. Student in Bioengineering, admitted Autumn 2023
BioMy previous research focused on the development of toolkit for marine bivalve cell culture and transgene expression. Inspired by the experience, I am seeking to find efficient and universally applicable methods to study non-model organisms that lack research infrastructure. As a biologist, I am exploring how we can rewrite genetic code to understand and engineer regeneration, harnessing synthetic biology tools and genomics.
