The first is developing 3D printing techniques to improve the accuracy of ex vivo geometrical and microstructural cardiac modeling from in vivo cardiac MR acquisitions. The second is applying machine learning applications to MRI data as a way to improve overall image quality and reduce acquisition time.

In undergrad, I completed a co-mentored interdisciplinary thesis to design the first women's pole vaulting shoes. Now, I am committed to improving biomedical imaging for musculoskeletal injury diagnoses, specifically dynamic imaging to create 3D models of areas of the musculoskeletal system and evaluate movement and function. My primary goals are to enhance performance and properly diagnose injuries.
