Graduate Visiting Researcher Student, Management Science and Engineering
BioI am a fourth-year PhD candidate and research associate at the University of St. Gallen. During my PhD, I received a scholarship by the Swiss National Science Foundation to visit Prof. Riitta Katila at Stanford's Management Science & Engineering Department (MS&E). In this context, I support the Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP) and the Stanford Initiative for Entrepreneurial Resilience and Well-being (SIER). Additionally, throughout my PhD, I am continuously funded by the German Konrad-Adenauer-Foundation, and was honored by the Association for Information Systems as a promising young scholar.
In my research, I investigate how immersive platforms influence the structures of technology-mediated ecosystems and, consequently, organizational strategies. My research further extends to the ethical design and usage of immersive technologies, encompassing user emancipation and well-being.
Previously, I graduated with a Master of Science in International Management from Università Bocconi in Milan Italy, and from the CEMS Global Alliance. I completed my undergraduate at WHU - Otto Beisheim University in Germany.
Moreover, I am a three-time German national a cappella singing champion (2015 and 2016 with a choir, 2016 with a quartet). In my free-time, I used to be an Emergency Service Technician, and the President of the St. Gallen Women's Lacrosse Team (1. Swiss National Division).
In summary, I am very passionate about everything I touch - and I am thrilled to gain new experiences all over the world.
