Alica Hartmann

BioAlica Hartmann is a postdoctoral researcher at the University Medical Center Mainz, Germany, with a background in public health, ophthalmology, and population-based epidemiology. Her work focuses on early-life risk factors and their long-term health consequences, with a particular interest in preterm birth, fetal growth restriction, and sex-specific differences in health outcomes. During her visiting research stay at Stanford, she will join the Department of Pediatrics to further develop her work in perinatal epidemiology.
