Fellow in DermatologyBioAudris Chiang, MD is a Clinical Scholar and Postdoctoral Research Scholar of Dermatology. She received undergraduate degrees in Computer Science and Economics at UC Berkeley, and obtained her medical degree at UC Irvine. She completed dermatology residency training at Stanford in the 2+1 basic science research track. She continues to conduct research in the laboratories of Kavita Sarin, MD PhD and Christina Curtis, PhD, studying the genetics of skin cancers and patients who develop multiple skin cancers. Her clinical interests include general medical dermatology, skin cancer, and atopic dermatitis.

BioDr. Jiyeong Kim is a post-doctoral scholar at the Stanford Center for Digital Health and the Department of Dermatology School of Medicine. As a multi-disciplined data scientist, Dr. Kim applies artificial intelligence (AI) to clinical informatics, harnessing patient-generated health information and data to enhance patient-centered care, which could be tailored to each patient group for improving patient engagement and better health outcomes. In her work, Dr. Kim leverages large language models, machine learning, and natural language processing to understand patients' and caregivers' genuine voices of care needs and needed support for individuals with chronic diseases, not limited to diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and cancer.

My research focuses on innovative teledermatology solutions to improve access and outcomes for underserved communities, particularly Latinos. With expertise in data science, programming in Python and R, and a background in digital health, I aim to bridge gaps in care through technology and education. Fluent in Spanish, English, French, and Italian, I bring a global perspective to my work and strive to create equitable healthcare solutions for diverse populations.

BioI am a dedicated medical doctor from The Netherlands with a passion for research specializing in dermatology. My expertise spans epidemiology, exposome, microbiome, and genetics. During my postdoc at Stanford, I will study the associations of harmful environmental exposures (air pollutants, microplastics) on (inflammatory) dermatological diseases in the lab of Dr. Eleni Linos.
