    • Contact local authorities if intervention is necessary
    • Compose a vignette of each session for future reference and training purposes
    • Train incoming volunteers
    • Provide alternative resources and referrals (e.g. homeless shelters, family therapists, substance abuse rehabilitation clinics, etc.)
