Emily Geminder

Bio

Emily Geminder is the author of Dead Girls and Other Stories, winner of the Dzanc Books Short Story Prize. Her stories, poems, and essays have appeared in American Short Fiction, Conjunctions, Kenyon Review, New England Review, Tin House, and elsewhere. A former Stegner Fellow, she’s also received fellowships from Yaddo, the Center for Feminist Research, and others. She currently teaches creative writing at Stanford University.
