Bio


Erina DuBois is leading programs or functions to amplify positive university-wide impact. She previously served as lab operations manager/chief of staff for the Dynamic Design Lab (DDL) under Professor Chris Gerdes, starting in 2014. Erina also supported the activities at the Center for Automotive Research at Stanford (CARS) by organizing community events focused on the subject of human mobility. Prior to DDL, she started as a lab operations manager for the late Professor Cliff Nass’ lab (Communication Between Humans and Interactive Media Lab.

Prior to joining Stanford, Erina worked as an analyst for Yahoo! and Gartner Group and a consultant for Booz-Allen & Hamilton. She has her B.S. in Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University and her MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business.

She has been active with the Palo Alto Unified School District serving various roles ranging from PTA president, committee member of search and academic committees, to her 11-year run as a room parent. In 2007, she (along with four other team members) received an Honorary Service Award from the Palo Alto Council of PTAs for work on a benchmarking study comparing PAUSD to similar districts across the country.

She lives in Palo Alto and has two grown children, Ryan and Ana. Erina recently joined the pickleball craze, loves puzzles, hitting the driving range at Half Moon Bay, reading and traveling.
