Grace Shin is a Contract Officer on the Data Access and Transfer Agreements (DATA) Team in the Industrial Contracts Office at Stanford. She specializes in negotiating data use agreements with all sponsor types to enable research at the University. Prior to joining the Office of Technology Licensing at Stanford, Grace worked on the Research Compliance team within the Office of Culture, Ethics, and Compliance at the University of Southern California. She recently graduated with a Master of Studies in Law with certificates in Cybersecurity & Privacy Law and Human Resources Law & Compliance from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
