Bio


Jen Rhymer is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Center for Work, Technology, and Organization (WTO) at Stanford University in the Management Science and Engineering Department (MS&E).

Her research focuses on understanding how organizations design systems of distributed work. She employs field studies to develop novel theoretical insight about the configuration of organizational structures and behaviors being utilized, as well as exploring how organization use technology. This research contributes to ongoing conversations around organizational design the future of work. Jen's recent work examines the interdependent collaboration of location independent organizations.
