Bio
Jen Rhymer is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Center for Work, Technology, and Organization (WTO) at Stanford University in the Management Science and Engineering Department (MS&E). Her research focuses on questions related to organizational design, distributed work, collaboration, knowledge systems, and emerging technologies. Jen's research spans a variety of perspectives, levels of analysis, and contexts with recent focuses including location-independent organizations and coordination via distributed ledger technologies. The questions she investigates typically lend themselves to theory building and methodological approaches such as qualitative field work and simulation.
