Bio


Dr. Jie Wang working as a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University School of Medicine, Canary Center at Stanford for Cancer Early Detection. Her research focus on micro- and nano-technologies based biomedical engineering applications.

Jie received her Ph.D. degree from School of Life Science and Technology, University of Huazhong University of Science and Technology (China) in 2018. Her Ph.D. thesis is Highly Efficient Isolation of Functionalized Exosomes and its Application to Drug Delivery. Upon the completion of her Ph.D. studies, Jie started working as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at Stanford University School of Medicine.

Jie has published papers in the peer-reviewed prestigious journals including Nature Communication, Angewandte Chemie, Advanced Materials, Advanced Functional Materials, ACS Nano, ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces, Nanoscale, Analytical Chemistry, Lab on a Chip, Biosensors and Bioelectronics and Sensors and Actuators B: Chemical et al. during her Ph.D. period. Besides her research publications, she has contributed to the publication of 5 book chapters. Her research findings have been presented in national and international conferences.
