Bio


Jodi Anderson Jr. is a graduate of Stanford's Graduate School of Education and the Co-founder of Rézme, an American education technology platform that facilitates economic and social mobility through specialized recruiting, professional development, and personalized learning for justice-impacted citizens. Before graduating from Stanford with a BA in Political Science, he studied at Cornell University's School of Industrial Labor Relations after graduating from Cornell's Prison Education Program as an incarcerated student.

He is actively involved in research at Stanford's Accelerator for Learning, where he fosters connections between early-stage EdTech entrepreneurs and resources to support under-resourced learners. Additionally, Jodi serves as the Director of Technological Innovation at Cornell ILR's Criminal Justice and Employment Initiative, spearheading technology solutions for access to employment and career development. His impact extends beyond his professional roles, as he coordinates youth diversion programming and teaches computer programming to justice-impacted youth in Northern California. Jodi's passion for education, justice reform, and technology is shaping a more inclusive future. His experience in technology, management, and business development stems from his involvement in start-ups spanning multiple industries: music technology (CreateSafe), youth sports (MOJO Sport), and most recently, application software at Reddit Inc.
