Jordan Sloan, MMS, PA-C is a Physician Assistant in the Adult Pulmonary Hypertension program at Stanford Health Care. She graduated with a Masters of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Midwestern University in 2011. Jordan previously worked in a well-respected academic cardiology program in Pennsylvania specializing in Advanced Heart Failure, Pulmonary Hypertension, Mechanical Circulatory Support, and Transplant Cardiology, and also worked for some time as a Surgical Physician Assistant in a small community hospital in West Virginia. Her current area of clinical practice here at Stanford Health Care is in the department of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, specializing in Adult Pulmonary Hypertension with a focus on inpatient care.
