Bio
Julie is an Industrial Contract Associate at Stanford University with a passion for advancing innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement. Before joining the Office of Technology Licensing, she served as a Project Manager on the Stanford Medicine-Industry Relations team and managed operations for the Stanford Medicine Secondary Data Use Review Committee. She brings expertise in evaluating the ethical and public perception considerations of sharing health data with external collaborators to drive innovation. In her previous roles, she engaged with executive leadership on strategic initiatives, fostered relationships with industry stakeholders to facilitate sponsored research and strategic alliances, and led cross-functional project teams. Julie has also worked in various clinical settings, including emergency medicine, oncology/hematology, and outpatient radiology, where she spearheaded efforts to standardize operations and workflows. She received a B.S. in Molecular Biology from California State University, Monterey Bay, and an M.S. in Healthcare Administration from California State University, East Bay.
