Current Research and Scholarly Interests

My current research focuses on constraining the timescales of magmatic processes at volcanoes using isotope geochronology techniques and through measuring and modeling elemental diffusion in igneous minerals. This research in conducted on volcanic rocks from Saudi Arabia (Harrat Rahat) and Hawaii (Kohala volcano).
