•Pharmacist Researcher with multidisciplinary research project management and regulatory affairs experience. Expertise in antibody drug linker strategies, antibody-nanomaterial conjugates,molecular imaging, new assay development for characterizing antibody conjugates in vitro and in vivo as well as therapeutic efficacy studies in xenograft models

•Inclusive relationship builder; led a team of 6 Ph.D. level graduate students in managing 2 undergraduate residences (> 1000 student enrolment annually) at the University of Toronto over 4 years (while in graduate school)

•Cogent communication skills (6 best presentation awards at conferences) to comprehensibly communicate complex scientific data

• 28 academic awards and honors from various leading scientific organizations including the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS), American Association of Cancer Research (AACR), Canadian Society for Pharmaceutical Sciences (CSPS).
