Oscar Mattia is currently a post-doc at Murmann’s Mixed-Signal Lab at Stanford University. He holds a M.Sc. in Microelectronics from UFRGS, Brazil (2014), and a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences from VUB, Belgium, in partnership with imec, Belgium (2019). During his PhD studies he was an Intern at IQ-Analog Corporation in San Diego, CA, USA (2018) and a Visiting Student Researcher at Stanford University, CA, USA (2019). He is interested in analog, mixed-signal and RF IC and system design for various applications, having published work in high-speed equalizers for wireline and wireless communication, high-speed data-converters for mm-Wave communication and radar sensing, and voltage references for ultra-low power systems. He is a member and serves as a reviewer for the IEEE Solid-State Circuits and IEEE Circuits and Systems Societies.
