Bio


Robert Victor is a Research and Program Officer for the Office of Faculty Development and Diversity, where he strengthens Stanford’s medical community through the implementation of diversity and leadership initiatives. He developed the curriculum for a leadership bootcamp series for junior faculty as well as workshops on diversity, inclusion, mentorship, and unconscious bias for faculty and trainee populations across the School of Medicine. Robert also conducts research on pipeline issues in academic medicine and equity among faculty ranks. Robert has a special interest in LGBTQ+ affairs and led the planning and execution of Stanford Medicine’s inaugural LGBTQ+ Forum. Robert obtained his BS in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at University of California Santa Cruz and plans to attend medical school in the future, with the goal of pursuing medical genetics or surgical oncology.
