Bio


Shiqin Xu, MPA, MSc currently serves as the Senior Program Manager at HEART Lab within Cardiovascular Medicine. In this role, she oversees the development and management of the lab's research project portfolio. With a background in clinical informatics, health tech innovation, and interdisciplinary collaboration, Shiqin applies her expertise to bridge technology and healthcare. Leveraging her public policy insights, she is dedicated to collaborating with community partners to address disparities and care gaps in cardiovascular health, thereby advancing health equity. Shiqin holds a Master's in Public Administration from NC State University and a Master's in Clinical Informatics Management from Stanford University.

Before joining the HEART Lab, Shiqin worked for the Stanford Biodesign Center. There, she was involved in health tech innovation education and fostering global collaboration.
