My main research interests focus on isolation and characterizing novel compounds and producing them with sufficient purity to be tested in biological systems followed by target discovery the use of '-omics' technologies.
My aim is to get associated with a challenging position within an organization wherein I can use my skills to the optimum level and at the same time get an opportunity to enhance my knowledge and pursue skills for further research work.

  • Red clover as a cash crop: Protein for monogastric farm animals and metabolites for human health (RC-Promo), Aberystwyth University (2/1/2021 - 1/31/2022)

    To develop a biorefining process to produce proteins and bioactives from the high protein crop, Red Clover. Protein products will be used in animal trials and other components will be tested for incorporation into nutraceutical products. The purpose is to present an opportunity of producing environmentally friendly plant protein that is likely to transform future food production in the UK and help meet zero emission targets.
