Bio
Christine Lee is the Director of Academic Support Programs in VPUE's office of Academic Advising at Stanford University. In addition to advising students one-on-one, she develops programs to provide academic support for specialized student populations, such as students on academic probation or students returning to the university after time away. She also collaborates on case management with other university offices to help students facing significant and multifaceted challenges. As a member of VPUE’s academic policy team, she provides guidance to other advisors on academic policy, when exceptions to policy might be appropriate, and how to navigate complex student situations. She previously worked as an Undergraduate Advising Director in Stern Hall. Prior to arriving at Stanford in 2015, Christine worked at Harvard University, where she taught as a lecturer in the Comparative Literature department and volunteered on the Board of Freshman Advisors.
