Bio

Kasimir Forth is a Visiting Postdoctoral Scholar at the Gradient Spaces Lab in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Stanford University. His research lies at the intersection of Construction Informatics, Knowledge Representation, and Artificial Intelligence for a circular and sustainable built environment.

As part of his research exchange, he works on multi-modal data fusion, combining 2D drawings, 3D point clouds, and semantic graph representations, to establish reliable digital passports and disassembly representations of existing structures.

Kasimir completed his Dr.-Ing. (phd) at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) in 2024 and worked as the Managing Director of the Leonhard Obermeyer Center at TUM. He is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Chair of Circular Engineering for Architecture (CEA) at ETH Zurich.
