Bio

I have been an academic hospitalist for over twenty years, and currently work at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in Palo Alto where I serve as teaching faculty for Stanford medicine residents and students. I am currently Medical Director of the Intermediate Intensive Care Unit (IICU). I am passionate about delivering quality medical care and my interests include Process Improvement , Narrative Medicine, Medical Education.
