Soumyadeep Dhar

Bio

Soumyadeep Dhar is currently a Predoctoral Research Fellow in Operations, Information and Technology (OIT) at Stanford GSB. He graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur with an integrated Bachelor’s and Master’s in Industrial and Systems Engineering. His research interests lie in operations and energy systems, particularly renewable energy, demand forecasting, and sustainability policy, with additional interests in venture capital and explainable AI. Outside of research, he plays guitar, headbangs to metal music, and closely follows football, enduring the emotional rollercoaster of supporting FC Barcelona.
