In my journey from HR to COO, I have come to understand the importance of building and growing the right team. Matching the right talent to the right roles at the right time can make or break a company at any stage.
My goal is to transition into VC as an operator focusing on HR. Leveraging my past experiences, I seek to work in an international VC firm on HR due diligence for new investment opportunities and strategic HR topics for portfolio companies - organizational design, engagement and culture, executive coaching, and succession planning.

Balaji Prabhakar
VMware Founders Professor of Computer Science, Professor of Electrical Engineering and, by courtesy, of Operations, Information and Technology at the Graduate School of Business
BioPrabhakar's research focuses on the design, analysis, and implementation of data networks: both wireline and wireless. He has been interested in designing network algorithms, problems in ad hoc wireless networks, and designing incentive mechanisms. He has a long-standing interest in stochastic network theory, information theory, algorithms, and probability theory.

Marc Pritchard
Director, Research Operations, GSB Research Hub
BioMarc Pritchard is the Director, Research Operations supporting the operational, communications, and financial requirements within the Research Hub. He is a former FA-18 pilot and graduate of the Navy Fighter Weapons School (Top Gun). Over his 21-year career in the United States Navy, he completed five combat tours and served as the Commanding Officer of Strike Fighter Squadron 25.
Following his retirement from the Navy in 2008, Marc returned to the Monterey Peninsula serving in various roles at the Naval Postgraduate School, most recently within the Center for Homeland Defense and Security. Additionally, he serves on the board of the Pebble Beach Junior Golf Association and is the Aid Station Director for the Big Sur International Marathon.
