Bio

Administrative Assistant III in the Department of Vascular Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine. In this role, I provide comprehensive administrative support to six vascular surgeons, including managing multiple Outlook calendars, coordinating meetings, and overseeing patient-related documentation. I am also responsible for managing clinical trial projects, ensuring compliance with study protocols, and acting as a liaison between research teams, faculty, and leadership. Additionally, I assist with financial reporting, procurement, and drafting internal communications to streamline department operations. I handle travel logistics for research conferences and presentations, ensuring everything runs smoothly for the team.

Previously, I worked as an Administrative Assistant at San Joaquin Valley College, where I supported the University President and other department leaders in managing calendars, confidential information, and organizational initiatives. I also gained experience at JSX, where I served as a Client Service Representative, coordinating charter flights and managing executive travel arrangements.

I hold a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Communication from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and I’m passionate about supporting medical research and fostering efficient, effective administrative practices in dynamic environments.
