Richard J Freeman, PhD; Licensing Manager - Life Sciences
Richard joined the OTL in December of 2024, as a Licensing Manager on the Life Sciences Team. Prior to joining Stanford, Richard ran his own company focused on helping start-ups in the life sciences sector to make their first steps into commercial operations and prior to that worked in sales for large life science companies like Fisher Scientific & Roche.
Richard holds a PhD in Biotechnology from Heriot-Watt University, and a BSc (Hons) in Microbiology from the University of Aberdeen.
