Amanda Modell leads programs in graduate student teaching support that serve students across Stanford's campus. She earned a PhD in Cultural Studies from the University of California, Davis, with a Designated Emphasis in Feminist Theory and Research, and you can find her educational development work in New Directions in Teaching and Learning (forthcoming). Contemplative, feminist, and inclusive pedagogies inform her work as an educator and in supporting graduate student instructors, TAs, and CAs at Stanford.
