I'm interested in the interactions between the built and natural environment. As a postdoc at Stanford, I am part of the Food-Water-Energy (FWE) for Urban Sustainable Environments (FUSE) project to investigate the changes to food, water, and energy demands driven by urbanization and climate change. I obtained a PhD from MIT in Civil and Environmental Engineering, a MS in Technology and Policy from the same institute, and a bachelors in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the University of Michigan. I have worked as an engineer in industry and now am exploring how to combine technical an policy aspects, particularly as I study the FWE nexus.
