Bio

I'm a neuroradiologist and data scientist building AI tools for fetal and pediatric neuroimaging. I'm joining Stanford School of Medicine as an Assistant Professor of Radiology and a neuroradiologist at Lucile Packard Children's Hospital.

My training includes:

* Harvard Medical School - Boston Children's Hospital: Fellowship - Pediatric Neuroradiology
* Harvard Medical School - Massachusetts General Hospital: Fellowship - Neuroradiology
* Yale University: PhD - Data Science & AI
* Yale School of Medicine - Yale New Haven Hospital: Residency - Diagnostic Radiology
* Harvard Medical School - Massachusetts General Hospital: Postdoc - Neuroscience
* Tehran University Medical School: MD

I am particularly interested in building AI tools that make fetal and pediatric brain MRI faster and more reliable. I am currently working on a system that tracks the moving fetal head in real time to steer the scanner and re-acquire motion-degraded slices, extending my doctoral work on deep-learning segmentation for brain structures and tumors.

Outside of work, I enjoy ballroom dance, calisthenics, hiking, and tennis.
