BioLeo Chen (陈浩) is the Chief Technology Officer of Story Protocol, a Silicon Valley company building blockchain infrastructure for intellectual property with $140M in funding. Previously, Leo was the VP engineering and core developer at Harmony, where he helped launch the public L1 blockchain in 2019, which later reached a peak market cap of $5B.
