    BioDr. Shakeel Sadiq Jajja is Fulbright Scholar at Graduate School of Business at Stanford University. His research work in issues related to supply chain, technology and innovation, and sustainability has published in leading journals of these domains such as Transportation Research (Part E), International Journal of Operations & Production Management, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management, International Journal of Production Economics, Production Planning & Control, International Journal of Physical Distribution & Logistics Management, Business Strategy and The Environment, and Computers & Industrial Engineering. Dr. Jajja has participated in Global Colloquium on Participant-Centred Learning at Harvard Business School, Boston and several other platforms of excellence in case writing and teaching. Research and scholarship of Dr. Jajja has received several best research paper and teaching material awards from international platforms including Decision Sciences Institute and Production and Operations Management Society.

    Dr. Jajja has extensive experience in providing executive education and services to the industry. Dr. Jajja has designed, directed, and taught several open enrolment and customized executive education programs in general management and specialized areas including supply chain management, retailing management, public and private sector procurement management, problem solving and decision making, technology and innovation management, participant-centred pedagogy, project management, and family business governance. He has provided consultancy services and customized executive education programs to numerous international organizations including United States Agency for International Development (USAID), Wateen Telecom, Haier Pakistan, International Water Management Institute (IWMI), WEConnect International, SAARC Energy Center, and International Resources Group as well as numerous Pakistani organizations.

    Dr. Jajja has a tenured position as Associate Professor of Operations and Supply Chain Management at Suleman Dawood School of Business (SDSB) (AACSB Accredited) where is also serving as Director of Executive MBA, and Founding Director of MS in Supply Chain and Retail Management. Dr. Jajja has served as the Faculty Director at Rausing Executive Development Center at the same institution.

    Dr. Jajja did Ph.D. in Operations Management in 2013 on scholarship of Lahore University of Management Sciences (AACSB Accredited), the leading business school in Pakistan. He got the first position and Gold Medal in M.S. in Total Quality Management from University of the Punjab in 2006. Earlier he did B.Sc. (Honours) in Mechanical Engineering from University of Engineering and Technology Lahore in 2004.

    Prior to joining LUMS, Dr. Jajja worked as Assistant Professor at the Institute of Business Administration Karachi for one year in 2013. Before PhD, he worked with Pakistan Nuclear Regulatory Authority, Pakistan International Airlines, Atlas Honda, and Dawood Hercules Chemicals Limited over a period of around four years during 2005-08.

    BioCarly Janson is a certified executive and leadership coach, talent and organizational development expert, and mission-driven leader. Carly currently serves on the leadership team of the Career Management Center at Stanford Business School, where she oversees career development for all MBA and mid-career students and alumni. She leads Stanford Business School's Career and Life Design program, which she created in 2014 in partnership with Stanford d.school. She also serves as chair of New Sector Alliance, a mission-driven consulting and leadership development firm. Carly founded New Sector in 2000, served as CEO until 2013, and rejoined as board chair in 2017. She serves on the advisory boards of the GreenLight Fund and MannLab.

    Carly started her career as a management consultant at The Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and Accenture, where she worked with clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to large public sector agencies. She was a co-founder of BCG’s Social Impact Practice and an adjunct faculty member at Harvard University. Carly has an MBA from Harvard Business School, where she was awarded a Horace W. Goldsmith Fellowship for outstanding contributions to society. She also has a BA in economics, magna cum laude, from Princeton University. Carly’s hobbies include running, skiing, travel, and spending time with her husband, son, and daughter.
