    BioCourtney Jaffe, GNP-BC, CNS is an advance practice provider with the Stanford Home-Based Senior Care clinic. She graduated with a Master's Degree and certification as a Clinical Nurse Specialist (CNS) from the University of California, San Francisco School of Nursing (UCSF) and later completed a post graduate special studies program at UCSF to become a Gerontological Nurse Practitioner (GNP). She provides care to older adults in their homes as a primary care provider. Her interests include dementia care and management of challenging behaviors, palliative medicine, geriatric education for patients and families and home care medicine. She has a special interest in improving care and Quality of Life in older adults with cognitive impairment and dementia.

    BioArati is the Lead Advanced Practice Provider for the Stanford Women's Cancer Center. She has been a Nurse Practitioner in Gyn-oncology for 13 years and received her advanced oncology certification in 2010. She previously worked at Massachusetts General Hospital and Northwestern Memorial Hospital, and has been at Stanford for 7 years. Her clinical focus is in Gyn oncology and she serves as a sub-investigator on the clinical trials in her division. As Lead APP, she collaborates with cancer center leaders and oversees a team of APPs to continually improve the quality of care for our patients at Stanford.

    BioLauren Janchenko, MSN, RN, FNP-BC is a nurse practitioner at Stanford Health Care. She graduated from Olivet Nazarene University with her Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) degree. She completed a cancer care fellowship at Stanford Heath Care. She started practicing in radiation oncology, specializing in CyberKnife stereotactic radiosurgery and CNS radiation. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she transition to work with COVID patients. Currently, she is interim lead APP for the COVID monoclonal antibody infusion clinic.
