Mohammed Sadki
Director, Global Finance, Business Affairs
BioMohammed leads the Global Business Services operations team, supporting the university's international footprint. His role encompasses structuring local operating models; ensuring worldwide accounting, finance and tax compliance; and providing tax and regulatory consulting. He also works to ensure that an adequate business systems infrastructure is in place to support Stanford's growing global presence.
Prior to joining the Stanford team in 2017, Mohammed spent 25 years in corporate finance. He worked in various industries, including audit, consumer-packaged goods, nuclear, software and social media, where he led global teams. He spent most of his career at global companies, which led him to live and work in Western Europe, West Africa and the U.S., as well as to conduct numerous medium-term assignments in dozens of countries in Eastern Europe, East Africa, Asia, Southern Africa and Latin America. Mohammed is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and California Society of CPAs. -

BioHelen Shih is an endocrine oncology NP who works with patients with benign and malignant neuroendocrine tumors, bridging the gaps between medical, surgical and endocrine oncology. She manages endocrinology immunotherapy adverse related events, and sees patients on clinical trials with neuroendocrine tumors including adrenal cortical carcinomas and thyroid cancers which require immunotherapy or targeted therapies. In addition, she has started her own thyroid nodule clinic.
Helen has been an NP since 2009, but her journey into hematology/oncology world, started in 2014, when working with a hematology/oncology practice in SF. From there, she worked at UCSF for 5 years in thoracic and sarcoma oncology. Helen was the primary NP in clinical trials investigating new treatment strategies for thoracic and sarcoma malignancies.
Prior to 2014, Helen worked as a primary care nurse practitioner for the San Francisco Department of Public Health and as a registered nurse in Weill Cornell Medicine's pulmonary step-down unit.
Shih graduated as an adult nurse practitioner from the Columbia University School of Nursing. Previously, she had received a bachelor's degree in molecular cell biology from the University of California, Berkeley, followed by a master of public health degree in epidemiology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
Her interests and hobbies include nature, dogs, dance classes, cooking, and creative endeavors. -
Tavish Spargo, MPAP, PA-C

BioTavish Spargo is a board-certified physician assistant practicing plastic surgery at Stanford Health Care, where he has been contributing his expertise since 2019. His medical journey began as an EMT in East Los Angeles. This role inspired him to further his education by attending PA school at the University of Southern California in Los Angeles. At Stanford, Tavish’s clinical focus areas are breast reconstruction, body contouring, facial reconstruction, limb reconstruction, and abdominal wall reconstruction. He also oversees the scar clinic, showcasing his commitment to comprehensive patient care.
Outside of his professional life, Tavish enjoys spending time outdoors with his dogs, hiking, and camping. He also volunteers with the San Mateo County Search and Rescue Team, where he practices wilderness medicine.
