Wei Li
Adjunct Professor, Institute for Computational and Mathematical Engineering (ICME)
BioDr. Wei Li is an accomplished AI software executive and Adjunct Professor in ICME at Stanford University. Known for scaling cutting-edge innovation into multi-billion dollar businesses, he previously served as the VP/GM of AI Software Engineering at Intel. Dr. Li also shapes the global AI ecosystem as a board member for both the PyTorch Foundation and the Linux Foundation AI&Data, and has advised numerous AI startups. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Cornell University.

Ecosystem Leadership and Influence: Wei forged collaborations with Meta (PyTorch, Llama), OpenAI (Triton), Google (TensorFlow), Microsoft (DeepSpeed), Hugging Face, Accenture, and AI startups. He delivered keynotes and insights at Fortune, Bloomberg, World AI Summit, Forbes, GITEX, London AI Summit, VentureBeat, ZDNet, DataMakers Fest, New York AI Summit, and Milken Institute. Trevor Loy

BioTrevor Loy is the Managing Partner and Founder of Flywheel Ventures, a seed- and early-stage venture capital firm that has invested in emerging startup ecosystems for more than twenty-five years.
As an Adjunct Lecturer at Stanford, Trevor teaches entrepreneurial management and finance in the Management Science & Engineering Department, where he is affiliated with the Stanford Technology Ventures Program, a research and teaching center he helped create as a graduate student. He also teaches professional and executive education programs for the Stanford Engineering Center for Global & Online Education, as well as for global companies, universities, governments, and sovereign wealth funds.
Trevor shapes venture capital and entrepreneurship policy as a former director of the National Venture Capital Association and a current member of its Board Alumni Council. He also served as Chair of VenturePAC, the venture capital industry's national political action committee, and is a frequent expert witness in private litigation and government policymaking worldwide.
Before founding Flywheel, Trevor held founding, executive, and technical roles at startups including Brooktree, Gigabeat, and ParkingNet, as well as at large tech firms such as Intel, Rockwell, and Teradyne.
He holds a BS and MS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Management Science & Engineering, all from Stanford University. -

He is also a Managing Director of NewLine Ventures, LLC, a management consulting firm. From 2008 to 2011, he also served as a Venture Partner with the Paladin Capital Group in Washington, D.C., and as a Venture Partner for ePlanet Ventures I and II. He founded SafeView, Inc. in 2002, a Government Laboratory (PNNL) spinout, to address aspects of the anti-terrorist physical security market; He served as Chairman until its sale to L3 Harris in March 2006. Leidos then acquired the Company in 2020. This technology is now the security standard in airports worldwide.
Concurrently, Mr. Lyons is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Stanford University Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. Serving in the Stanford position since 1988, he was a co-developer of the Stanford Technology Ventures Program with Prof. Tom Byers and the founding professor of Technology Venture Formation. Engineering. He is the co-creator of the Stanford Innovation and Entrepreneurship two-week program for existing high-tech companies produced and managed by the Stanford Center for Professional Development (SCPD). This program has just completed its 14th year. He has co-produced and delivered numerous other SCPD and STVP programs. He co-founded the Ratio Academy focused on creating training platforms for entrepreneurial education, with a co-developed online program with SCPD called Idea to Market, I2M. He is the founding professor of Tech Venture Formation, MSE273.
From 1980 to 1991, he was a co-founder, a Vice-President, and a Director of Integrated Systems Inc. (INTS, founded 1980), a leading implementer of high-performance real-time control systems for aircraft, automotive, and manufacturing applications. INTS was fundamentally a spinout from the Lockheed Palo Alto Research Lab and Systems Control, Inc. The Company was merged with WindRiver Systems in 1999. WindRiver was acquired by Intel in 2009.
Mr. Lyons received a Bachelor and Masters (equivalent) in Engineering Physics from Cornell University, an MSEE from Stanford, did Ph.D research in Aero/Astro at Stanford (abd) and an MBA, with Distinction, from the Pepperdine Presidential/Key Executive Program. He is a graduate of the Stanford/AEA Institute for the Management of High Technology Companies and a Price-Babson Fellow in Entrepreneurship Education. He holds an FAA multi-Engine Airline Transport Pilot License and Certified Flight Instructor Certificates for Instrument and Multi-Engine Aircraft. He is an avid sailor and motorcyclist. -

Elijah Woolery

BioElijah trained in the Product Design program at Stanford University, where he now teaches as a lecturer. He has a background in photography and filmmaking, as well as product & industrial design. He is currently the Director of Design Education at InVision, a software design and collaboration platform.
After working as a lead design engineer with Light & Motion, a vertically integrated manufacturer of consumer underwater video and photography equipment, he pursued graduate studies in marine biology at Moss Landing Marine Laboratories, and co-founded the print magazine Wetpixel Quarterly in 2007. He was a founder in the second class of Innovation Endeavor's Runway Program, a venture-backed startup accelerator backed by Eric Schmidt's fund.
He also founded Out of the Deep Blue, a design consultancy, where he worked on web and mobile applications for clients like Genentech and Kaiser Permanente. As a life-long worshiper of the ocean, he loves to surf, dive, and kayak.
