Visiting Scholar, ArchaeologyBioXinuo Liu is an Associate Professor in China and a Visiting Scholar in Archaeology at Stanford University. His research focuses on the archaeology of the Southern Silk Road, numismatics, and frontier governance in ancient China, with a comparative perspective across South Asia, Southeast Asia, Central Asia, and the Himalayan region.
