Masanori Tsubosaka
Postdoc Res Affiliate, Orthopaedic Surgery
BioOver the past 10 years, I have worked in clinical orthopaedic surgery from an emergency to rehabilitation as a board-certified orthopaedic surgeon at Kobe University Hospital. In the Ph.D., I focused on regenerative medicine for cartilage and knee arthroplasty at Kobe University Graduate School of Medicine. Those experiences formulated my clinical and scientific approach to orthopaedic diseases.
As a research scholar of Orthopaedic Surgery at Stanford Medicine, I research therapy for corticosteroid-associated osteonecrosis using mesenchymal stromal cells.
In the future, I want to produce new diagnostic and therapeutic methods in orthopaedics, joint reconstruction, regenerative medicine, and rehabilitation. For this purpose, I would like to collaborate with medical device companies and pharmaceutical companies.
