Alphonsus Yun Xin Yip
Postdoctoral Scholar, Dermatology
BioDr Alphonsus Yip is a Postdoctoral Research Scholar in the Department of Dermatology at Stanford University and the Stanford Center for Digital Health, mentored by Eleni Linos. His research focuses on dermatology, artificial intelligence, and digital health, with an emphasis on personalized care and remote monitoring. Previously, he trained as a Clinical Research Fellow at St John’s Institute of Dermatology, contributing to clinical trials, digital tool evaluation, and NLP-based analyses of patient experiences in atopic dermatitis. At Stanford, he leads a national survey on healthcare professionals’ perspectives on AI and collaborates on AI-driven approaches for pediatric and rare skin disease detection.

Lisa Zaba, MD, PhD
Associate Professor of Dermatology
BioLisa Zaba M.D. Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Dermatology, and Director of the Merkel cell carcinoma (MCC) multi-disciplinary clinic and member of the supportive oncodermatology group at the Stanford Cancer Center. She runs a lab focusing on the immunology of MCC and the treatment and prognostic implications of immune checkpoint inhibitor and targeted therapy rashes. Dr. Zaba completed medical school at Cornell University, PhD in immunology at Rockefeller University, Residency and Post-Doc at Stanford University in 2013.
