Librarian 2, Earth Sciences Library
BioHello! I am the map librarian at Branner Earth Sciences Library & Map Collections where I manage and provide reference support for our circulating collection of contemporary maps. I develop, oversee, and contribute to strategies for original and copy cataloging and digitization of newly acquired and backlogged cartographic and geospatial materials. I curate and create digital and physical exhibits highlighting our map collections to not only encourage research using maps but lifelong learning for all those curious. I am keen to create an interactive environment that engages and inspires our patrons while fulfilling their research needs and center my collection development and space planning decisions on this goal.
