Nojus Saad
Masters Student in Clinical Informatics Management, admitted Summer 2026
BioNojus Saad, MD, is a physician-entrepreneur and digital health diplomat dedicated to building AI-enabled health systems transforming how patients navigate and access care in LMIC communities. As a former advisor to the World Health Organization (WHO), he co-developed global adolescent health indicators adopted by the World Bank, UNFPA, UN H6+ Partners, and UN Member States. His leadership in rural and LMIC communities across Iraq, India, and France is anchored by his role as a former founder and executive at Youth For Women Foundation, where he spearheaded 45 youth-led initiatives directly impacting the lives of 18,500 women and young people.
Dr. Saad’s experience spans health, technology, and global policy, having served as UN Youth Ambassador for Disarmament and Biosecurity (UNODA) and as the MENA Youth Lead for the Swiss-based DTH-Lab. Through these mandates, he mobilized coalitions across 12 MENA countries to integrate digital innovation into national health agendas. His work combines clinical insight, systems thinking, stakeholder leadership, and technology implementation in fragmented health systems. In 2021, he orchestrated a digital health literacy and COVID-19 misinformation initiative for rural and displaced populations. By building the digital capacity of NGO leaders and youth, he empowered grassroots networks to execute 15 targeted campaigns, reaching 10,000 women and young people to strengthen access to reliable health services.
Looking ahead, Dr. Saad aspires to build a coordinated digital health platform connecting Iraq’s public and private healthcare sectors. The envisioned system would combine interoperable electronic health records, AI-enabled care navigation and referral matching to streamline patient pathways and connect individuals with high-quality, cost-effective care within Iraq and internationally, including the United States and France. His long-term vision is to scale AI-enabled products that transform fragmented health systems into connected care pathways.
A Knight-Hennessy Scholar and former advisor to Lady Gaga’s Born This Way Foundation, Dr. Saad holds an MD with executive diplomatic training from the Karolinska Institute and Stockholm School of Economics. At Stanford MCiM, he is refining the product, technical, and managerial capabilities to translate complex health-system problems into scalable digital solutions, particularly for LMICs. -

Adam Sabet

Sina Sadeghzadeh
MD Student with Scholarly Concentration in Clinical Research, expected graduation Spring 2027
BioSina was born in Tehran, Iran and raised in Zanjan, Iran. He came out to Massachusetts to attend Harvard University where he obtained his undergraduate degree cum laude in Neuroscience with a secondary in Economics. In college, Sina conducted wet-lab research under the supervision of Dr. Hugo Bellen, worked as a legal intern in Levy Firestone Muse LLP, and served as a research assistant for Drs. Francis Shen, Steven Levitsky, and Jennifer Hochschild. Sina moved to California (by bike!) to begin medical school at Stanford where he is currently pursuing clinical and basic science research opportunities in the neuroscience domain. Outside of medical school, Sina is an avid cyclist, enjoys going on walks, doing yoga, and learning to salsa dance.

Kao Saeteurn
MSx Fellow, expected graduation 2027
BioMajor Kao Saeteurn is an active-duty United States Marine Corps officer with a background in military financial management and recruitment. He is currently a 2026-27 MSx student at the Stanford Graduate School of Business and will continue his career in the Marine Corps upon graduation. Kao was born in San Francisco and grew up in Sacramento, California. He enlisted in the Marine Corps immediately after high school and served three combat tours in Iraq from 2004 to 2007 as an Administrative Specialist, Postal Chief, and Convoy Driver. He attended the University of California Davis and graduated in 2012 with a bachelor’s in Exercise Biology and a minor in Education. Kao served as a Budget Officer in San Diego from 2013 to 2016, an Officer Selection Officer in Berkeley from 2016 to 2019, a Company Commander and Deputy Comptroller in Okinawa, Japan from 2020 to 2023, and a Recruiting Station Commanding Officer in Sacramento from 2023 to 2026. He plans to be a valued member in the MSx program and gain the skills necessary to further contribute to the Marine Corps as well as the wide range of opportunities that will stem from Stanford GSB.

Aadesh Salecha
Masters Student in Computer Science, admitted Autumn 2024
BioAadesh Salecha is a computer scientist who works on integrating Artificial Intelligence and Psychology. He graduated from the University of Minnesota, where he worked with Prof. Jaideep Srivastava on misinformation spread and its mitigation mechanisms. At Stanford, he works with Prof. Johannes Eichsteadt on using cognitive psychology and psychometrics to understand bias development in Large Language Models. He is also collaborating the effort on the creation of new-age psychological interventions using AI to democratize access and improve personalization and retention. His work is focused on using computational methods for societal good by facilitating the measurement and causal analysis of population health metrics like drug abuse, subjective-wellbeing, etc.

Alexa Samaniego

Research Asst - Graduate, Graduate School of Business - Organizational BehaviorBioAlexa is a third-year PhD student in Organizational Behavior (Micro) at the Stanford Graduate School of Business.
Alexa's research is inspired by her background in theatre and the performing arts. She considers how speakers and audiences experience repeated performances (e.g., entrepreneurs giving the same pitch, or trainers giving the same seminar), and why certain speakers come across as more authentic than others. Her research informs the work she does as a presentation coach in the Stanford Oral Communication program and TEDxStanford.
Prior to beginning her PhD, Alexa worked as a research associate at Achievers Workforce Institute and Columbia Business School. She received her BS in Business Psychology from UC San Diego, and her MS in Applied Psychology from San Diego State University.
