Postdoctoral Scholar, Stanford Cancer Center
Current Research and Scholarly InterestsMy current research is in the development of new cellular immunotherapies for pediatric cancers.
This includes the identification of suitable MHC-restricted and native antigens expressed by the malignant cells but ideally not by healthy tissues. On the receptor side, both CARs and TCRs will be characterized for specificity, affinity, and functionality. Ultimately, non-viral introduction approaches will be exploited and refined to achieve cheaper, precise and consistent cell products. -
