He graduated with distinction in medical education innovation and was inducted into the AOA Medical Honor Society at UC Irvine School of Medicine. A prior television producer who worked with CNN, ABC, History, Discovery, HGTV, Food Network, Travel Channel, NBC, Vice, he is committed to innovate groundbreaking ways of incorporating new technology into medical education. He also is a co-executive director and co-Founder of Sewing For Lives, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and led a group of 2,500 worldwide volunteers in making over 250,000 masks for healthcare workers, police and fire departments, teachers, and students throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. At UC Irvine, he created over 50 physical exam instructional videos viewed by medical students and residents.
