BioProfessor Kazovsky and his research group are investigating green energy-efficient networks. The focus of their research is on access and in-building networks and on hybrid optical / wireless networks. Prof. Kazovsky's research group is also conducting research on next-generation Internet architectures and novel zero-energy photonic components.

BioKažukauskas is an applied economist whose research examines how households respond to prices, information, and policy interventions in energy and environmental settings. His recent work focuses on residential electricity use and responses to behavioral interventions. Kažukauskas primarily uses randomized field and laboratory experiments.
Kažukauskas is professor of economics at Vilnius University and a researcher at Södertörn University. He holds a PhD from Trinity College Dublin. Kažukauskas is the Riksbanken Jubileumsfond-CASBS Fellow for 2026-27.
