Janick Marina Schaufelbuehl

BioJanick Marina Schaufelbuehl is an associate professor of history at the University of Lausanne. Her research focuses on the post-1945 history of international relations, with a particular interest in political history, the history of capitalism, the history of neoliberalism, economic history, and the history of the Cold War. She is the author of Crusading for Globalization: US Multinationals and Their Opponents (Pennsylvania University Press 2025). Janick Marina Schaufelbuehl was a research fellow at the Ecole des Hautes Etudes en sciences sociales in Paris (2010-2011), a member of the Institute for Advanced Study in Princeton (2017-2018), a visiting scholar at the Minda de Gunzburg Center for European Studies at Harvard University (2019-2020) and at the European Institute of Columbia University (2021-2022), as well as a visiting professor at the Geneva Graduate Institute (2026).
