BioDr. James Xie is a board certified pediatrician and pediatric anesthesiologist at Stanford University School of Medicine. His goal is to improve patient care with health information technologies. Dr. Xie studied computer science and medicine at Stanford University, followed by a combined residency in general pediatrics at Boston Children's Hospital and Boston Medical Center and anesthesiology at Brigham and Women's Hospital. After residency, he completed a fellowship in pediatric anesthesiology at Stanford Children's Health where he subsequently joined the faculty as a Clinical Assistant Professor.
