As Director of Operations and Finance for Stanford Biodesign, Carolyn Heller manages core programs and oversees day-to-day operations across multiple program initiatives, including finance, human resources, faculty affairs, administration and the 4,800 square foot Biodesign Collaboratory and Prototyping Studio facilities. Carolyn also teaches in the Global Faculty in Training program. In her role, Carolyn works with the Office of Medical Development on stewardship and corporate partners. Carolyn serves on the Racial Equity and Inclusion Task Force and participates in D&I initiatives across campus.
Prior to joining Biodesign, Carolyn served as the Operations Manager in the Stanford School of Medicine, Office of the Dean.
She has an MBA from University of Michigan Ross School of Business and a BA from Tulane University.
