Bio


Cassandra joined Stanford Law School as a Wildfire Legal Fellow in September 2022 after clerking in New York’s appellate court. She graduated from the Elisabeth Haub School of Law at Pace University in 2021 with concentrations in environmental and international law, and focused her studies on how the law can better advance environmental justice — including through strengthening the rights of incarcerated persons in disaster law and policy.

Cassandra previously lived in Madison, Wisconsin, where she worked for a Wisconsin state senator for six years and earned a graduate degree in resource and energy demand analysis from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
