Bio
Dr. Tarver is board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Brain Injury Medicine, with an emphasis on stroke rehabilitation. He is also a clinical assistant professor in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery and a clinical assistant professor (by courtesy) in the Department of Neurosurgery and the Department of Neurology & Neurological Sciences at Stanford University School of Medicine. Dr. Tarver completed a PM&R residency at Loma Linda University Health. Prior to that, he received his Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering and Doctor of Medicine degrees from Texas A&M University.
